Q: Do I need a copyright release from my photographer/ portrait studio before sending my photos to you for retouching?
A: Yes. Ask your photographer if he/she will release the photos to you before you have the shoot. Make sure that retouching and printing with be freely allowed for all of your photos.
Most chain portrait studios will sell you the release for a fee.

Q: How do I send my photos to you?
A: You can mail or email your photos to me.

Q: I have some photos that I love, but don't know if they would be good choices for retouching and pageantry. Can I email them to you for your professional opinion?
A: Definitely! Send me as many as you'd like. If you have several, but only want to order one or two retouches, I'll help you choose the best photos for pageant retouching.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept Paypal or money orders. If you would like to pay with a credit card, Paypal will take your payment for me. It is a free service for you. Please see the Pricing Page for a link to make your payment with Paypal.
Q: Do I have to pay before the retouching is done?
A: Only rush orders need to be prepaid. All other orders can begin with a deposit of half the cost of the retouching services you are ordering. The balance of your order must be paid before the finished product will be sent to you.
Q: Will I get to see a proof of my photo before I pay the balance? Can I request changes?
A: A photo is never considered "finished" until you are satisfied. Once you receive a proof through email, you are free to request simple changes at no extra cost.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have a specific request that requires major work (example: a change of hair style), please be specific about the type of style you want. If you leave major changes to my discretion, then decide after seeing the proof that you want something different, there will be an additional charge to redo the work.
Q: How do I know if I need Basic Retouching or Total Makeover Retouching?

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts on multiple photos?
A: Yes. Orders of 5 or more photos, in a single order, receive 10% off of Retouching Service Only. Prints, CD's, photo protectors, and shipping are not discounted.
Q: How long does it take to get my finished photos?
A: Regular orders can take up to 2 weeks for retouching to be completed, depending upon my workload.
